Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need?
Your driving licence (front and back), a selfie holding the licence, and Aadhaar through DigiLocker or a masked copy. Low-speed scooters need no licence.
Do I upload my documents every time?
No. Once your KYC is approved it is reused for every booking until a document expires.
How is the price worked out?
By the hour, day, week or month — the longer you ride, the less you pay per day. The full price with GST and the refundable deposit is shown before you pay.
Can I extend my ride?
Yes, from My Rides — if the vehicle is free we extend it and charge only the difference.
When do I get my deposit back?
Within 5 working days of returning the vehicle, minus any approved charges. You see every deduction with photos.
Which payment methods work?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash / UPI at the hub where allowed.
What if the battery runs low?
Every vehicle leaves the hub well charged. Call us and we send a charged replacement if a battery fails during the ride.
Can I list my EVs with ELECTRAGO?
Yes — apply on the Become a Partner page. We check your papers, list approved vehicles and pay you weekly or monthly.
